The Fairview Design Workshops are our next step toward implementation of the Fairview Neighborhood Plan. Our goal is to create an overlay district that guides land use, intensity and form in our unique neighborhood in the heart of downtown. Please get involved. We intend to work with Municipal planning staff to develop the overlay, present to the Planning and Zoning Commission, and finally the Anchorage Assembley.

It's a really big deal in an area that has been a failure of planning to date.
