General Information

FCC Office services include emailing agendas, resolutions and minutes to each community council email list. The FCC Office will also mail the agenda/newsletter via US Postal Service to any community council that still has a list of US Postal Service members.

In addition, the FCC Office will make copies of agendas, minutes, resolution and other materials necessary for each council to conduct their monthly meetings.

Emailing & Postal Services

The FCC Office sends email to each community council’s electronic list for each council meeting. The community council is responsible for sending the agenda and past meeting minutes to the FCC Office to send to their members with the meeting announcements.

In addition, the FCC Office sends emails to community councils regarding items of importance such as traffic changes, construction schedules, open houses for Municipal and State projects.

The President/Chair of each council may also request emails be sent to their council list for issues they deem important.

The FCC Office will also send USPS mail of the regularly scheduled meetings at the request of a council. On a 3-5 year cycle the Council will send a USPS mailing to all homeowners within a council’s boundaries for a specific issue or questionnaire.

Copying

Staff of the FCC Office can make copies of agendas, minutes, resolutions and items related to community council activities with advance notice. The items can be emailed to the Office at or dropped off at the Office to be copied.

Technical Help

The staff of the FCC Office can help with technical issues with each council’s web pages, with navigating some of the Municipal and State departments the councils may interact with. Just ask us and we will let you know what we can help with.

Web training is also available for those councils that would like to update their own pages.
