- Serving neighborhoods between Northern Lights Blvd. and Tudor Road, from Baxter Road east to Shamrock Street (JBER-Fort Richardson boundary) in Anchorage, Alaska.
- The Scenic Foothills Community Council generally meets monthly on the first Thursday of the month.
- Meetings are typically held at 6:30 pm.

We Need Volunteers for Baxter Bog!
We are desperately in need of people who would be willing to roll up their sleeves this summer and volunteer time to repair the Baxter Bog Trail. Would involve carting, shoveling and raking. If we can get enough volunteers together before the middle of March, we can be awarded a grant to cover the cost of supplies.
