Support Services for the Councils
- Email – Documents to be emailed must be submitted to the FCC Office one week before the date they need to be emailed.
- Postal Mail – Community Council meeting announcements/agendas will only be mailed to the postal address for members of Councils that still rely on postal mailing lists. The documents to be mailed must be received a week before the date of the meeting.
- Copy Services – Documents must be provided to the FCC Office five business days before the copies are picked up.
- Meeting Space – Office or conference room space at FCC Offices may be reserved for Council related meetings.
- Technical Support – Zoom support, website hosting, and other technical services provided by FCC staff.
