LRSA
LRSAs (or Limited Road Service Areas) are service areas, established by the Anchorage Assembly under Anchorage Municipal Code (AMC) Title 27, to provide limited road maintenance services for rural roads on the Anchorage hillside.
LRSAs are overseen by the Municipality.
