FCC Committees

Finance Committee

This committee creates the budget, reports performance against the budget, sets financial policies, and may recommend changes to expenses before they go to the full board.

Governance Committee

This committee deals with most non-finance policies, board development, compliance with legal/contractual requirements, and related topics. For example, Governance will lead the conversation around standing rules for the Coalition of Delegates.

Outreach & Training Committee

This committee deals with external training for CCs (e.g. annual summit) and community outreach publicizing the purpose of CCs. They set the general direction for some of the core programmatic work of the FCC which are then implemented by staﬀ.
