Community Council Officers Leadership Training
The goal of the day was to equip Community Council Officers with the skills and knowledge they need to lead effectively and foster inclusive, collaborative council environments. Sessions covered topics such as board responsibilities, Robert’s Rules of Order, ethics, by-laws, and short-term strategic planning. Breakout sessions and interactive workshops will encourage collaboration and knowledge sharing among participants.
