PROJECT:  120th Avenue Upgrade - Johns Road to Old Seward Highway

THIS PROJECT HAS BEEN OUR TOP PRIORITY.  FUNDING IS NEEDED TO COMPLETE IT.

As of September 25, 2019 120th Ave. has been reclassified as a Collector Street.  All improvements will need to comply with MOA criteria.

MOA Planning Dept. has $1.33M on a bond vote to design the street enhancements.  These items include some major revisions to the existing road.

2 lanes will be included with gutters and LED lighting, addition drainage, sidewalks on both sides of the road, possibly realign road to actual  MOA ownership, intersections,  ADA compliant and other items not listed.

120th will look different from the road as it is now.  Intersections with local homes, Old Seward Hwy, and Johns Rd. will be addressed to comply for safety and MOA restrictions.

Design will need neighborhood and public imput.
