Once you have completed this form, please return it to me ASAP so that we can reserve your box and arrange payment.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>These are community owned boxes.<\/li>\n<li>USPS only handles the initial distribution of keys and service for locks.<\/li>\n<li>If upgrading, please remember it is your responsibility to remove your old rural box.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>For new boxes<\/strong>, once they receive authorization from me, you will be able to pick up keys.<\/p>\n<p><strong>For existing boxes<\/strong>, you may contact USPS Huffman Management directly for issues regarding your lock.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The purchase cost is a one-time fee payable to BVCC Community Projects.
