Community Councils
Every neighborhood in the Municipality of Anchorage is in a Community Council district. Thirty seven Community Councils, as far north as Eklutna Valley and as south as Portage Valley, provide a direct and continuing means of citizen participation in government and local affairs.

The FCC Office will be closed for Christmas Eve (Dec. 24th) & Christmas Day (Dec. 25th).
From December 26th to January 3rd, our office will be open to the public by appointment only.
During this time, staff will remain accessible via phone and email from 9 AM to 5 PM.
Normal in-person office hours will resume on January 6th.
